Mazda killed their Renesis rotary engine. This is not a sad picture collection, it's a celebration of life. Ok, it's just some good looking 8s and a few ladies to keep the displacement guys from running away.

The Green RX-7 has stock turbos but, as you can guess, has some serious tweaks. RE-Amemiya elected to don the space in front of the FD's compact twin-Wankel rotary mill with one of their signature V-mount setups, which positions a custom front-mount intercooler atop a custom radiator, opposed at angles to each other, and to the direction of travel. Incoming air is scooped in from the front bumper's inlet, channeled toward each unit via custom carbon fiber ducting, and then exits the radiator under the car, and the intercooler via vents in the car's hood, while ensuring the intercooler doesn't warm airflow to the radiator, which would otherwise happen with a traditional front-mount setup. The Cherry/violet RX-7 has the 13B rotary engine (twin turbo) with complete strip down and re-build by Lindop Motorsport in March 2008 (using approved Mazda parts). They're both very nice but I'm willing to bet the owner of the cherry/violet RX-7 actually appreciates his car over the bad-ass, yet produced, green RX-7. Just my opinion, thoughts?
